Job Description:

The AJF Inspector provides a professional and thorough review of a property’s systems and components adhering to our Professional Standards of Practice. The information is communicated, both written and verbal, in a non-alarming, unbiased manner, while upholding our mission of service, education, and protection to clients through the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and care.

Key Objectives:

  • Ensure outstanding service for our client and real estate agents for all company services.
  • Prepare an accurate and technically correct inspection report in accordance with AJF and Arizona
    Board of Technical Registration Standards of Practice (SOPs).
  • Build trust and future referrals with clients and agents using a calm, consistent, honest, and thorough
    communication approach.
  • Present inspection results to the client and agent through unbiased and neutral feedback.
  • Respond to client and agent concerns/questions in a patient, thorough and professional manner.
  • Communicate value of additional services offered by AJF.
  • Adopt and support AJF’s Mission, Vision, Value and Culture while embracing learning and growing
    to be the best version of yourself.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Pre-Inspection Preparation

  • Daily monitoring of your ISN schedule to give advance notice to Office Team of any issues.
  • Daily, careful review of your work order(s) to ensure that you have all tools and equipment available.

Inspections

  • Perform home and pool & spa inspections
  • Perform termite inspections
  • Perform commercial inspections
  • Perform mold testing/screening
  • Perform thermal imaging
  • Perform radon testing
  • Attend field and in office training

Post Inspection

  • Daily completion of Quality Control checklist.
  • Daily submission of RecallChek after each inspection.
  • Upload reports and email to the client and agent the day of the inspection.
  • Answer post-inspection client and agent questions/concerns.

Additional Duties

  • Attend all company training sessions, weekly zoom or conference calls, staff meetings etc.
  • Participate when asked to support AJF sponsored events and/or fundraisers.

The Growth Manager provides effective leadership and excellence in business development for AJF Inspections & Engineering, while maintaining our goal of service, education, and protection to clients through the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and care.

Key Objectives:

The main objective of the Growth Manager (GM) is to drive the growth of inspections and ancillary services for the company while ensuring company goals are met.  The GM is an integral part of the Leadership Team and will assist in the hiring, training, and managing of Growth Team Members (GTM).  The GM will maintain current marketing strategies while developing new systems/strategies for additional expansion opportunities.  The GM will develop and monitor key accountability metrics for the Growth Division and its individual members.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Active role on the Executive Leadership Team
  • Assist in preparation and oversee the weekly/monthly marketing calendar.
  • Attend RMS Meetings, Office Meetings, CE Classes, 1v1, and other marketing events.
  • Make a certain number of cold calls to Top Producers per week and schedule meetings.
  • Maintain and develop marketing follow up strategies, including but not limited to, creating new presentations with resourceful industry information, weekly calls to New Agents, lost business follow up, etc.
  • Manage brokerage vendor programs.
  • Build and maintain current marketing materials.
  • Manage social media program while assisting in content creation.
  • Maintain own Pipeline, KPI’s, and tracking of agent interaction and marketing efforts.
  • Track and maintain marketing budget to ensure profitability.
  • Oversee and monitor marketing inventory included printed materials, swag, etc.
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training (initial & ongoing) for incoming GTM.
  • Attend weekly zoom meetings, monthly in-person meetings, and leadership retreats.
  • Willingness to better yourself as a leader through outside training, reading, podcasts, etc.
