The Growth Manager provides effective leadership and excellence in business development for AJF Inspections & Engineering, while maintaining our goal of service, education, and protection to clients through the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and care.
Key Objectives:
The main objective of the Growth Manager (GM) is to drive the growth of inspections and ancillary services for the company while ensuring company goals are met. The GM is an integral part of the Leadership Team and will assist in the hiring, training, and managing of Growth Team Members (GTM). The GM will maintain current marketing strategies while developing new systems/strategies for additional expansion opportunities. The GM will develop and monitor key accountability metrics for the Growth Division and its individual members.
