Credentials and Qualifications

Protect your investment

Purchasing a property is the largest investment most people will make. The cost of the inspection is minimal compared to the cost of the property. Knowledgeable buyers across the country have their prospective homes inspected for a clearer understanding of the property’s condition. All homes, new & existing, should be inspected before purchase.

It is estimated that a wooden structure has a 70% chance of being attacked by termites within 10 to 20 years. Termites are a problem that many Arizona property owners face at one time or another.

However, the good news is if you catch the infestation early, you have a higher likelihood to treat it quickly & easily – Prior to significant damage occurring. AJF’s Inspection Team can give you that peace of mind.

Homes that have had past or current water intrusion issues, may have mold. Certain types of mold, or high concentrations of mold, can be hazardous to your family’s health. Mold testing—and taking steps to combat its presence—can be an essential step in ensuring your new home is safe. This can be particularly important for the very young, the very old and people with allergies or other chronic conditions.

You cannot see, smell or taste radon, but it still may be a concern in your home

Radon is a radio active gas that has been found in homes all over the United States. It comes from the natural breakdown of uranium in soil, rock and water, and gets into the air we breathe.

Sewer Scope

Experienced Plumbers – AJF Employees & Standards

A sewer scope inspection uses a video attached to a snake-like cable to examine the home’s sewer line. This privately-owned pipeline leads from the house to the publicly owned main sewer line or septic tank. Sewer scope inspection can reveal damage to the pipes, blockages, and other problems. These problems, if not repaired, could lead to extensive costs and damages.

Pools and Spas

Experience the AJF Difference

AJF Inspections & Engineering has inspected a variety of pools and spas. Our Inspectors are experienced with more complex systems, which includes multiple pumps and heaters, a 200-amp panel, additional spas, lazy rivers, and more.
